Ruhige Lage

Ein bisschen abseits von Ascona und Locarno, doch auch zu Fuss erreichbar aus der Stadt. Ruhige Lage, gute Zufahrt, Restaurant einfach aber gut.

Wir wollten auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht ohne nennenswerten Komfort verbringen. Aber ein Zimmer, das so klein ist, dass das Doppelbett nur von einer Seite bestiegen werden kann und das nur einen Nachttisch hat, hatten wir nicht erwartet. Außerdem war die gemeinsame Bettdecke sehr klein. Empfangen wurden wir mit der Aussage, es werde nur Italienisch gesprochen, nicht aber Deutsch oder Englisch. Wir gaben unser Bestes, da man dort nun mal Italienisch spricht. Irgendwann ging Deutsch dann doch. Alles etwas seltsam. Am nächsten Morgen ging es um 6 Uhr weiter, um den Stau zu vermeiden, so dass wir zum Frühstück nichts sagen können, außer dass der Wasserkocher im Zimmer defekt war, mit dem wir uns einen Tee für die Autofahrt machen wollten. Da wir zu Viert zwei Doppelzimmer hatten, konnten wir auch dieses Problem lösen.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr einfach und mit recht alten Möbeln ausgestattet, wirkte nicht sehr einladend und gemütlich. Aber wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, inkl. einem Kühlschrank und schlussendlich verbringt man ja hoffentlich mehr Zeit an der frischen Luft als im Zimmer. Es hat 2 sehr schöne gedeckte Terrassen und man kann das Frühstück auch Draussen einnehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher einfach, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut.

very good hotel for the price

Positioned a bit off from the center and lake, it is Ok hotel, with friendly staff, somewhat simple, but really good price for Switzerland. Breakfast could be somewhat more variety and quality, in a larger space, but that is probably now Corona-limited.

Ruhig und gut gelegen

Gute Lage zwischen Locarno und Ascona. Von hier zu Fuss Vieles erreichbar. Gute Zufahrt, Parkplatz. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und gutes Essen.

Super Lage

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine Lage. Man ist schnell an der Maggia, in Ascona oder Locarno. Die Busstation ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und somit steht man in 15 Minuten auf der Piazza Grande, wenn man möchte. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, weit weg vom Hauptverkehr. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Betten haben gute Matratzen, das Bad ist geräumig. Die Aussicht am Morgen auf die Palmen, durch die das Licht der Sonne scheint, ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Leider hat der Kühlschrank der Minibar etwas laute Geräusche gemacht. Aber man kann diesen ja in der Nacht ausschalten. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen, wenn wir in der Nähe uns aufhalten.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und eigentlich sauber bis auf das Bettgestell auf dem auch noch eine zu kleine und sehr durchgelegene Matratze liegt. Für unseren Zweck Und eine Nacht wars gut genug.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sofort haben sie uns mit den Fahrrädern geholfen und wir durften sie einstellen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Tiramisu ist unglaublich lecker!

Für 1 Nacht o.k

Hotel ist gut für 1 Übernachtung. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Frühstück mit Fr. 15.-- pro Person an der oberen Grenze. Da Brot nicht besonders lecker und Gipfeli wie aus dem Plasticksack vom Discounter schmecken.

Enttäuschend

Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Als wir kamen war kein zimmer für uns reserviert, wie auch von 3 anderen paaren nicht. Jetzt weiss ich nicht liegts am hotel oder an hotels.com., würde das auf jedenfall mal überprüfen!
