"The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. "

Even on check out the lady at the reception on the day was helpful in enabling us to check out a bit later than the usual check out time. I would highly recommend this hotel for the warm reception we got from the staff and it felt safe staying at the hotel."
