We loved our location for the convenience to eateries, the zoo and Churchill Downs. Easy to access downtown and a really comfortable and fun layout to decompress at the end of the day.
2nd visit to this property and had a wonderful time once again. Especially good for couples traveling together. Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Thank you for a great place to stay while we were in Louisville. The location is close to everything, the beds are comfy and the upstairs/downstairs was perfect for 2 couples.
The house is very nice and quite comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the front steps were slick from snow and ice after a storm. That made them a bit dangerous, especially because there was no handrail by the lower steps.
This place was as advertised and was in a perfect location and a great set-up for two couples. We all had our privacy and areas to get together. Wonderful stay

The house was great. Well stocked and comfortable. We had one minor issue on check in that was an easy fix resolved quickly by the property manager.

We are traveling with another couple and spent 3 nights in Louisville at this gem. Very well appointed, clean and exactly as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable home-away-from-home. Very easy setup and communications and parking our rental car out front was never a problem at all. Communication with the owner was prompt, even when we did something stupid and needed some assistance.
Karen & Ken’s place was positively perfect! We had such a great time exploring Louisville for 4 days and were so happy going ‘home’ to such a comfy place each night. We cooked breakfast in the well equipped kitchen one morning - that was a lil bonus! Hopefully next time we visit it will be a bit warmer as we didn’t get to take advantage of the great backyard!
This was our second stay at this VRBO. Spent lots of time grilling and sitting in the backyard. When we ran out of gas in the grill, Karen promptly had tank replaced. Thank you! Walked three blocks to Paristown for live outdoor, free music twice. Local art fair also happening. Look forward to spending time again in this VRBO. FYI, Steps required to enter VRBO.
Family from MN and MI joined Louisville family for a fantastic four-day stay at this two-level, two full living quarters VRBO. Very quick responses by the hosts. The location is perfect for walking to Paristown Christmas Market, Wiltshire bakery, and many restaurants on Bardstown Road. Nice cooking appliances in the kitchen and gas grill in a welcoming backyard. Will happily return.
In Louisville to continue our turning 60 Celebration! Leanne Morgan at KPAC then supper at The Post. Accommodations were convenient and perfect for our group of 5. We played board game and cards for our evening entertainment! One early bird sat out back for morning chat with hubby. Breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast, then attended Walnut Street Baptist Church before heading home. What history!

We met my brother and his partner for a late Christmas together. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we appreciated so much! The process was so clear and easy and communication was great. We’d stay here again!
Home is clean and spacious. It was very close to all the activities we had planned. We didn't really take advantage of all the kitchen area had to offer(appliances, dishes, cooking utensils) but it is very well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends seeking to stay in the Highlands. The check in/out process was super easy. Great communication for the owner.
