No cold water in bathroom - scalding hot only. In room Korean pour over coffee was bad. Staff was minimally polite, but nothing like the friendliness and hospitality we experienced everywhere else on our Kentucky vacation. Window view was of parking garage. Room was clean and modern. Comfortable bed.

Vy was super nice, and very helpful. This hotel is really nice and clean. Me and my family loved it! My daughter loved the different waters on tap by the elevators hahah. I will definitely chose this hotel next time I go back to Louisville.

Came in late after a long drive…staff was great along with the woman at the bar…her and the chef were super nice and made me some food before they closed on Memorial Day. Super awesome the next morning when I had an issues getting out of the parking lot the front desk guy was awesome and helped me. Above and beyond service. Super nice room, super great hospitality!

Hotel was really nice and clean! It was a busy weekend and hotel seemed to overbook as we requested a king room through Expedia but got a double queen instead because they over booked. The water was wish washy and more than half our showers over the weekend were warm to cold no matter the time. Overall not a bad experience but for a hotel that seemed very nice the water and room management could be improved.
