Hotel is in a great location and nice outdoor space (if you like terrace not garden) and has very nice staff. However the decor is very dated and in need of modernisation to meet the 5 star standard it claims. The bathroom in particular was from the eighties and room had no modern amenities such as latest power points

Excellent Hotel

I have travelled most of the globe for business and personal reasons. In all my years of travelling, this is the most honest and respected hotel I have come across. I booked 2 rooms, in an unforeseen circumstance, I was unable to use the second room even thou I paid for it and was non-refundable. Despite this, the hotel understood my personal reasons and fully refunded me £1200. What other hotel would do this without incurring a penalty. The staff are so nice and respectful. I wish this hotel and the staff all the success. Gob Bless you all. Thank you.

The hotel was well located near the beach . However it could help with some redecoration as it was starting to look tired . It was not so easy to get around with its long corridors and change in steps in you are not mobile. Service mediocre & not of high standard .

Nice hotel, good location clean and friendly. Area around the hotel dead and not much choice for restaurants within walking distance. Rooms clean but show curtain and shower run off taps, roulette whilst showering incase a scolding burst of hot water came your way. Would stay agin but needs updating.

Lovely hotel in Vale do Lobo

Another lovely stay at this hotel. Wonderful view from our balcony. Superb breakfast with very friendly staff and fantastic view across the pool to the sea. Concession on the beach is perfect too. Looking forward to our next stay.

A real Gem of an hotel and our visit was made enjoyable throughout..... The hotel is lovely with a touch of grace and in a great position for acces to the beach and restaurants in Praca The staff are friendly and helpful throughout Our only frustration would be the complex air conditioning in the bedrooms which is a small issue in the entire scheme of things Look forward to our next visit

We were lucky and had a recently re-furbished room which was excellent. Big room and bathroom. Rest of hotel needs some modernising but llocation and for golf, beach an ideal location. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good

The staff are brilliant. The hotel is lovely but could do with a little tidying up around the edges, especially the pool which needs a clean as do the tennis courts. Overall a really good stay. The hotel is also in a great spot with lots of activities within walking distance.

Excellent hotel - nothing was too much trouble and very comfortable. Please sort the floor boarding by the pool area though - very dangerous.
