We only stayed one night with a family of 4. The hotel is old, but it was a cheap price. The owner was very helpful in guiding us and holding our luggage after checkout. There’s a laundromat 3 min. away and the Sanctuary was less than 10 min.

Staff are very kind and accommodating, and it was great that we could speak English with some staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Great location for quickly accessing shops, restaurants and the Sanctuary, all within a 10 minute walk. Only downside - very small bathroom that was somewhat difficult to manoeuvre in at times. But, it has everything you need and got the job done!

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, le personnel était attentionné, le ménage était bon, le point négatif était qu'ils ont débité ma carte deux fois pour le séjour et il n'y a aucun moyen de se plaindre car ils n'ont pas d'e-mail et ils ne comprennent pas l'espagnol.

Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Très bien situé dans Lourdes. Accueil d'une très grande qualité. Le patron de cet établissement est vraiment à l'écoute de ses clients et pleins de bons tuyaux pour agrémenter le séjour. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.
