Maison Cocoon en Brocéliande

  • A charming home in the Brocéliande region, fully renovated in 2021. You’ll be welcomed by a young couple with two small children who recently moved here and have plenty of plans for the future. This house was historically an outbuilding attached to the nearby castle; it’s located off a quiet road connecting Guer to Maure. You’ll be close to the mystical Forest of King Arthur as well as the St. Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy.
    You’ll have access to a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining area. (Kitchen: mini-oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster).
    Wi-Fi available in the living room
    The first bedroom is a walk-through room, featuring a 140x200 double bed, a single bed, and a desk.
    In the hallway beyond, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Next is the master bedroom with a stunning handcrafted 180x200 bed.
    Check-in: 4:30 PM/5:00 PM (flexible upon request)
    Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Self-check-in and check-out are available via the key box.

Escade randonnée

Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Tout confort, bien équipé (attention pas de télé, fan de foot en plein euro je n'avais pas prêté attention à ce détail ;-), wifi top ! Arrivée et départ autonome par boitier à clés. Le petit défaut serait que la route est proche et même si peu fréquentée, ça roule vraiment vite si enfant méfiance ++, et amateur de grasse mat ça peut se compliquer. Au global logement plus que satisfaisant, amateur de la forêt de Brociande vous êtes au bon endroit.

Geräumige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die gleich nebenan wohnt. Die Umgebung hat eine Menge Sehenswertes zu bieten, vor allem der Wald von Brocéliande.

maison idéalement placée

Intérieur du gite entièrement refait avec goût et mobilier de qualité. Le très grand séjour avec plan cuisine spacieux est très bien conçu. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Placé au cœur de la forêt en bordure de route peu passante, le gite est très calme.

La maison est située en pleine nature, les pièces sont spacieuses. Très bien pour des adultes et adolescents. A faire attention avec de jeune enfant, la route n'est pas passante mais les voitures peuvent rouler vite
