We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family and wished we had stayed for more! It was in a beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. The Tawny Owl room was large and well appointed. 10 out of 10 from us!

We were upgraded upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was amazing. Attention to detail was incredible and had everything needed for a great nights stay. Host was very welcoming as well.

Richard was very welcoming. My plans changed on the day of arrival and he extended my stay, no issues at all. Had everything and more than i needed in my room. I stay away from home approximately 6 months of the year for the last 28 years and i think this was the most comfortable bed and fluffiest duvet i have ever had. Very quiet and peaceful area and the best nights sleep, very restful.

Nice and simple. Made the booking, received instructions, everything was as stated. Good points: Had a well lit sign so you knew you were there, good parking, exterior lighting for a dark rainy arrival/departure. Quite overall location, spacious room, VERY well supplied (someone has been busy planning or listening) well heated so dry and warm and cosy. Good comfortable bed, good nights sleep, choice of pillows. All in all worth a second visit. Thank you.

It is such a lovely and easy place to stay. It is very clean with all the items needed for a relaxing break away. Parking is easy and the countryside is beautiful, as are the flowers as you drive into the property and parking area. Judith and Richard are very welcoming and helpful with everything. I have stayed in their cottages a number of times and cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you
