"When we got there at 5 pm most of the rooms had not been cleaned. The linen is pretty terrible and the pillows. Things didn’t work. Out of seven rooms booked for my party istheonly one to get hot water. The road into the property is earth and as bumpy as. The grounds are lovely but they have dropped the ball badly with the rooms. Such potential."

The hotel is close to the airport with complementary 24 hrs service to the airport. The restaurant have one of the best food in India. The hotel overall was clean, well maintained and decorated. My only complain is that there were some mol spots in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel!

ITC is a very beautiful resort, however the room were a little dated. I booked 3 rooms, 1 room did not have wifi, the TV was outdated and did not have Netflix. What worked best for us was the location. Visiting the Taj Mahal early morning became very easy from here. The room was simple but clean, and the air inside felt fresh. Breakfast was light and decent. The hotel did not feel crowded, which made the stay pleasant.
