"Chateau de Bellefontaine is a beautiful old building on a large piece of property. The Chateau itself is quaint - rooms are good but could use a bit of a refresh. The breakfast area is bright with an amazing assortment of foods available to meet everyone’s needs. The staff are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you stay is comfortable. The location is perfect - just outside of the main area but it is an easy walk into town. I would recommend it for sure!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Auberge St Pierre. The hotel is full of charm and character, perfectly reflecting the unique atmosphere of Mont Saint-Michel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Waking up and exploring the island before the crowds arrived was a truly special experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mont Saint-Michel."

"Take light luggage to avoid carrying heavy bags upstairs. Book dinner when staying overnight as there are only a few restaurants open at night and a view .the shuttle bus drops you short if 600m from the island. You can’t drive your car on there. There is parking at an allocated hotel near shuttle bus."

"The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very professional. The property is conveniently located, and is close to the free shuttle bus stop to Mont St. Michel and the #2 bus stop which takes you back to the train station. Overall it’s a 10/10!"
