Staff was very friendly and service oriented. Every one was very helpful and kind. On my second breakfast day, the waiter recognized me and knew that I drink cappuccino. Special thanks to Irene P. for letting me stay longer in the room ( special late check out). I was very happy to get offered this opportunity and rest before my night flight. Breakfast ist just excellent - nothing missing and ont top you can try Angolan specials.

The room is good and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, but with so many restaurants available on the property, they should offer guests access to the menus. It is unreasonable to expect guests to wander from one restaurant to another within the hotel just to see what is available. Another issue is transportation. The price charged by the hotel itself to take guests to and from both airports is excessive (really excessive).
