Great stay

Had a really great stay here. The staff were lovely, super helpful with directions, suggestions and booking tours. The free breakfast in the morning was amazing, definitely one of the best I've had for the price. Would stay here again for sure.

Hotel is nothing like the pictures. The toilet was broke. There was a sign to place toilet paper in a basket. Very dark, dim lights. We were on the first floor right next to their desk and very noisy. We stayed one night and checked out. Found another hotel for the remaining two nights.

スコールでは雨漏りで室内に水溜りができたり、下水管が室内に通ってるので上の部屋の下水が流れる音はそのままします。建て付けや清潔さ含め値段相応です。 スタッフは親切で英語もよくつうじるし、朝食もついていて、場所もちょうどいい。価格からすると充分です。 In a squall, rain makes puddles in the room, and sewage pipes run through the room, so the sound of sewage flowing in the room above is sounded. It is worth the price including the construction and cleanliness. The staff is kind and speaks English well, breakfast is included, and the location is just right. Good enough for the price.

良いところ ちゃんとホットシャワーが出る。街の中心に徒歩でアクセスできる。値段が安い。周辺に商店があり買い物には困らない。 悪いところ Wi-Fiが使い物にならない。部屋はそれなりに古く虫も多い。滅茶苦茶愛想の悪いスタッフがいる。朝食は美味しくない。 値段が安いので満足度はそれなりです。

Smell like hell

I had a mixed experience at this place . Initially i was offered a room with no window , when i refused i was given a room which smells like a swearer . Apparently bathroom is in open in one tiny room and smell was coming from drange pipe . Next day when i complained again then i as given another room but that smell again . Looks like this is common problem in all room . Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom is slippery because of shower present between sink and loo . You are most likely to slip once as bathroom never dry after taking shower . Staff seems to be friendly and seems to talk in "English" . Girl on reception asked how was my day and i replied good , thanks , when will you finish .. she didnt understand and replied sorry no speak english . SO DONT speak anything apart from intial greetings . Overall i wont recommenced this place for anyone there are far better place around and cheaper too .. there feedback seems to rigged .

Trivelig opphold

Jeg hadde et dobbeltrom i andre etasje. Det er ganske enkel standard, men det var rent og greit. Aircondition fungerte også strålende, noe som en lærer å sette pris på. Det er både safe, et lite kjøleskap og vannkoker på rommet. Betjeningen er veldig hyggelig, og ivrig etter å hjelpe til. Det er en 10 minutter spasertur ned til sentrum av Luang Prabang. Alt i alt et trivelig opphold

เพื่อนๆ พี่น้อง อย่าได้เข้าพักที่นี่เลย พนักงานคนเวียดนามไม่สนใจ เล่นแต่เกมส์ ROV ดูถูกเหยียดหยามเรา เหมือนเราไปขอพักฟรี เวลาเรา ออกมามาซื้อของข้างนอกปล่อยแฟนนอนหลับไว้ในห้องคนเดียว ก็ไปเคาะประตู ทั้งๆ ที่แขวนป้าย กรุณาอย่ารบกวนไว้ พยายามเข้าไปหาแฟนเราในห้อง ยังไม่พอ add chat มาคุยกับแฟนเรา จนแฟนเราอึดอัด เลยต้องเช็คเอ้าท์ตอนนั้นทันที รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัย พูดจาไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง โปรดระวัง อย่างอื่นไม่ขอพูดถึงครับ เพราะ รู้สึกแย่ไปหมด So bad veitnam staff. Great spot in LP

This was our second stay at Soutikone over a 5 day period and it was even better than our first. The room was huge and the bed was perhaps the biggest i’ve ever had in a hotel room. As per our previous atay the service, AC, wi-fi were impeccable

Great base for Luang Prabang

We arrived at the hotel late following a long day transfer via bus from Chiang Rai in Thailand, however the hotel made everything so easy, showing us straight to our room. The room was one of the cleanest we’ve had in Laos, with great wi-fi, a big bed and air con. The staff were also the friendliest we’ve encountered on our 4 month trip around Asia. Would highly recommend this place.
