This location is perfect for small and large groups alike. This house features three new bed sets, high quality couches a 65-inch TV with Netflix access in the living room. Fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and a propane and pellet grill adds to your stay! In addition, enjoy your time on the covered patio or in the pool or hot tub. Pool available end of May-August.
Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom has a King bed and its own personal gas fireplace. The remaining bedrooms have queen beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well bedroom lamps, sturdy nightstands, closets with hangers, and dressers for clothes storage.

The living room features plenty of seating with a large comfy new couch sectional and two additional accent chairs. This area has a 65-inch Roku enabled TV that allows guests to stream all their favorite shows. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen.

The dining area has a table with enough seating for guests and friends to stop by.

The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is mounted on the wall and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.

The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. The pool is available to use from the end of May-August by guests and is taken well care of. The hot tub is available for use year round. Just off the pool area is a covered outdoor dining area complete with a propane and pellet grill. Propane is provided but you will need to provide your own pellets if you plan on using that portion of the grill.

This property is not pet friendly. Please make alternative plans for your pets. There will be no exceptions for this. If you are caught violating this house rule, you will be responsible for additional fees and for any damage or additional cleaning required.

Parking in the front has plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles and guests are welcome to use the two-car garage as well. A keypad code will be supplied in check-in instructions. There is always free parking available on the street. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Guest access
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets and the outdoor pool house which holds all the pool equipment. Please do not touch any pool equipment.
Other things to note
The pool is only available from the end of May-August.

The hot tub is available year round.
