The hotel has perfect location, and the rooms are great but Breakfast the room for break isnt very good and there isnt enoug staff to clear the tables so you will have to wait a long time to find a table.

Arrived at 2 am in the morning and check-in was quick. Loved that we didn’t have to be out until noon the next day. Also loved how quiet the hotel was despite being in the middle of tourist season. Slept great and the room temperature was perfect.

Excellent location, very good staff. Eddy at the front desk very good. Room 232 nice and quiet although a little small. Other than the room being on the small side l will definitely book this hotel again. Thanks Eddy.

Great location, poor room, no outside window, dark

Staff very friendly. Location fantastic. Room not that great - small window and not a proper window to the outside The window faced a small atrium which went up 5 or 6 floors. Hence not much light, room rather dark. Noise from people in atrium irritating. Overall whilst I loved the location I felt a bit cheated by being that room when I paid above average for this city.

Great property for a night or two in Lubeck. Right off the main square and next to MarienKirche. Uber can drop off and pick up right at the front door. Only drawbacks are the lack of space for luggage in the rooms and the fact that the church’s bells do ring on the quarter hour all night long. We had our window cracked so that probably made them louder.

Better training of staff would help

ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks.

Wir kamen an, ca. 14 Uhr. Zimmer waren noch nicht bezugsfertig. Wir wollten die Toilette benutzen, ging nicht. Die Putzfrau wollte genau jetzt putzen, ließ mich und meine 84 jährige Mutter stehen. Ich dachte, es kann ja nicht lange dauern, weit gefehlt. Sie putzen erst noch den gesamten Rezeptionsbereich, Frühstücksbereich, Barbereich. Ich habe dann den Rezeptionisten gefragt, ob wir mal langsam auf die Toilette könnten. Er pampte mich an, sie wären ja nicht das einzige Hotel in Lübeck. Wenn ich nicht warten wollte, solle ich woanders hingehen. Ich sagte ihm dann , dass ich Gast dieses Hotels sei und kein "Fremdpinkler". Warum ich dann nicht aufs Zimmer gehen würde? Ich sagte ihm, weil es noch nicht fertig sei. Daraufhin entschuldigte er sich dann. Am nächsten Morgen sind meine Mutter und ich früh in die Stadt zum Stadtrundgang. Wir kamen um 10 Uhr 15 zurück, wollten dann unsere Sachen vom Zimmer holen, nocv mal zur Toilette und auschecken. Zu spät . Check out ist 12 Uhr aber die Putzfrau hat schon die Zimmer komplett geputzt, wir kamen nicht mehr rein. Ich kenn es so, die Putzfrau kommt erst dann, wenn der Gast ausgecheckt hat, hier wohl nicht. Nie wieder Motel One.

Rent og velholdt. Små rom, men god beliggenhet veide opp. Det som trekker litt ned var at vi måtte vente en halvtime over avtalt tid på rommet da vi skulle sjekke inn, samt at frokosten var litt "førstemann til mølla"
