Although we only had one night, it was New Year's Eve. The fireworks and party were just outside the hotel, but it was still nice and quiet in the room. Great location for everything walkable, including a great walking path on top of the old city wall. Great food options close any time of day.

The host was fantastic. The presidential suite was incredible. I totally recommend the place. So beautiful, clean, and worth every penny. Tasteful, stylish, and quiet. 10 minutes from everything. Rebeka is the owner/ host and made our wedding anniversary exceptional. I would definitely come back!!!

Amazing location

We had a 2 night stay. Location within the city walls, very close to all of sights, restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, nice room with air conditioning. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Inside the Wall . The room was comfortable, clean and very walkable to everywhere in Lucca . One small setback was on the weekend evening we were there , there was a substantial amount of noise outside, quite late in the evening from young people leaving adjacent piazzas . Certainly not the fault of the property managers .

Beautiful old house right inside the city walls and not too far from a nice free parking area on the other side of the wall. The rooms are nicely decorated and have an excellent coffee maker.

Great place to stay inside the walls! Great communication and the accommodations were clean, cozy and confortable. Close to the city center, great bars and restaurants. Parking outside the walls was easy to reach.

Location, location, location! Just inside the Santa Maria gate. The owners have taken a small space and made it everything you need. Outer and inner doors have codes, so no messing with keys. Staff was very helpful. Had restaurant suggestions at front desk. Great beds and pillows.
