A wonderful hotel! We booked a Lake Lucerne view room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and elegantly decorated. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was abundant!

A wonderful location fifteen minutes walk from the centre of the town. Far enough away to avoid the bustle of the night life, but close enough to join in if you want. Definitely get a lake view room.

The room was great! Would have like a mini fridge to put a few cold drinks in or yogurts or cheeses. The room was so hot that we ended up throwing food out. Great view from the room! Loved our little balcony.

Lovely spot looking over the lake. If you take the bus to Casino, you'll have to carry your luggage up the hill a bit (which is why you get the nice view). No air conditioning though - it was got when we were here.

The hotel is 10 -15 min walk to Chapel Bridge, sitting on a hill above the lake front. Charming hotel, very friendly and polite staff. The room was rather small and it looked like it needs to be renovated a little bit but we stayed for one night only, so we didn’t mind. The bathroom looked renovated and clean which is always very important to us. We opted to have breakfast there (about 30 franks per person). It was a nice spread of breakfast items in a beautiful dinning room. We would recommend the hotel and would probably stay there again.
