We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Schlussel! The self check-in was an easy process to complete, and our room was so clean and comfortable. The staff we met were very kind and welcoming. We were fortunate to have a room with a small balcony that over looked the courtyard area with fountain and the lovely church. The hotel is in the old town area and very close and walkable to shopping, restaurants, the beautiful water and historic bridges around Lucerne.

Hotel is a self check but very easy to navigate, also has an elevator and complimentary drinks in the fridge. Would definitely stay again here!

We loved staying at Hotel Schlüssel. Great location- walkable to shops, restaurants, bus, train and boats! It was especially nice to have the complimentary beverages. Our only regret was the restaurant was not open on Sunday and Monday. But our desserts on Saturday were delicious.
