"Second time I have stayed here. Very clean hotel with a great staff."

"We booked 2 rooms but 1 room had mold on the ceilings. The staff changed the room for us but because they were booked we had to take what was available. Expedia was wrong in indicating that a standard king room could sleep 4 (2 adults and 2 older teen) without a pull out couch or cot. So we cannot blame the hotel as we booked through expedia. That said the GM and front did their best to make our stay comfortable and we appreciated that."

"We requested room service and did not receive it. We had to request and pick up clean towels. I don’t think that requesting room service once for a three night stay is unreasonable. We were told someone didn’t come in for their shift. Unfortunately, that makes more work for those who do show, but that should not be an excuse for not fulfilling requested service. This is precisely why we changed from our previous hotel of choice! On a positive note the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Steve,...
