"Great little hotel in an excellent location in Arles. We had a room with a sun room or Florida room - with two couches which could be used as twin beds. The sheet and comforter are made of a rough linen material, that is not my favorite. The dinner was excellent. We had potatoes bravas, prawns in garlic and a squid taco. The breakfast was also delicious. I enjoyed a cheese omelet and fresh fruit. Loved it! Pleasant service."
Mercure Arles Centre Arenes

"The hotel is right in the edge of the historic old town, which makes it perfectly located - cars can only go into certain parts of the old town, so this hotel was easy to drive to and drop off at. There is also parking onsite if you’re lucky, and just up the road at the multi-storey carpark if you’re not. The old town is just across the road, and is a delight - large enough to get lost in its beautiful meandering ancient streets and small enough to get around easily and be able to get back to the hotel with no trouble. The hotel is spotless, modern and well appointed. The only disappointment was the size of the swimming pool, which is really small - more of a plunge pool - and therefore much smaller than it appears on the images. There is however a large sun deck nearby which is lovely. The breakfast was decent. Staff were very helpful. We’d stay again, and would recommend it."

"Great location. Several restaurants short walking distance. And the Amphitheatre. And the hospital where Van Gogh stayed. There's no elevator, but the owner carried my bag to the 2nd floor."

"My home away from home! Kept checking back in. Staff was like family. Great location right on Place du Forum. Beautiful pool that hosted the best World Cup watch parties of the whole tournament! Only suggestion is to extend the pool hours somewhat. 11am-7pm is too short especially when it is still light (and hot!) out until after 9pm. Also many stores and sights are open until 7pm so if you come back to hotel after that, you can't swim."

"The view overlooking the Ancient Roman Amphitheater is incredible! The restaurants within walking distance are amazing (too numerous to try all). The morning breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. I didn’t understand that children aren’t allowed to use the hotel spa and steam room. But otherwise had a great time. Also I don’t think I ever figured out how to use the French lock and key."

"Although we had a miscommunication with the check-in process (the Host hadn’t posted check-in procedures and neither I, nor VRBO, could get in touch with the Host for the hour prior to check in time), once we got in, the place was lovely and the Host was responsive. The Apartment was clean, the A/C worked great (there are multiple units), it was well stocked, and the location was perfect. Although not right in the old town, it is just across the bridge from the Frank Gehry designed LUMA tower (so about a 3 minute walk). On Saturday (market day) lots of people are seen walking across the bridge to the market. The apartment has only 2-3 steps to enter, has one parking spot, and there is a good boulanjerie around the corner."

"Absolutely perfect! They changed my room three times and we finally found perfection. They also gave me a kettle, hairdryer, complimentary coffee, croissant and madeleines. Very kind staff, great housekeeping and good location, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants walking distance."
