Our car had some scratches and I asked them what store in Italy we could buy stuff to rub off the scratches before we return the car the next day. "The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"
