"The rooms and reception were great. The bar/restaurant was extremely understaffed. One waitress to take orders, serve food, clean tables, and accept payment for the bill. Dirty tables remained unused for over 15-20mins."

An email came at 2am the day we were already in the property sleeping with pre check in instructions if we were to arrive after 8pm.
