We enjoyed our stay at Rixos, the room was a junior suite and very spacious and comfortable. We stayed here mainly for the waterpark access and the Waterpark was amazing. If you don't mind very busy breakfast and dinner with loads of noise and children running around then you should be fine. Honeslty the dining felt exhausting trying to navigate so many people. It would be helpful if they had another one or two dining options for all inclusive visitors. Overall it was a good hotel, but be prepared for the masses in peak seasons like Eid.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel - the rooms were well proportioned and the beds were very comfy. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and specifically because it had the waterpark. Unfortunately, the water park was closed for 2 days which was a shame as there isn't much else to do at the hotel. The waterpark itself is wonderful and the children had a great time going on all the slides. The greatest shame is that if the hotel guest is on an all-inclusive plan, this isn't included in the waterpark. Therefore all food and drink purchased had to be paid for which seems unreasonable. With regards to the hotel pools, they didn't seem very well dressed and the area just looked bare. There were no pool bars for drinks and no waiter service either which I would expect in a 5* hotel. Therefore, to get a drink, we'd have to get out and walk to the bar t get a drink and then go to a van to get food which was very inconvenient. The restaurant was nice but not as much choice in food as I would expect in a 5* hotel. The food was very samey every day but tasted nice and catered for most tastes. I was really surprised that they stopped serving food at 3pm so we then had to go to the cafe for food instead. The cafe itself was nice although some items were chargeable even though we were all inclusive, which I found very odd having stayed in many inclusive resorts. There was also no entertainment on a night so nothing to do after 10.30pm.

Brilliant location for the Meryal water park. Staff were very friendly and super professional. Would like to mention Kristian, Mervet and Titis on the front desk and concierge areas who were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay hassle free and really enjoyable. Many thanks to them. Those people are what make a good hotel great and differentiates the hotel from other options. Nice place to stay and will definitely return.

The water park with complimentary access was pure fun for our daughters. The hotel is in good condition and the staff is kind. The outside of the main restaurant should be more closely attended by the waitstaff. It was often difficult to find a clean table, and placing an order was nearly impossible.

Was very good in general. The price was too much. Breakfast was excellent. Taking a deposit wasn’t so nice. most of the workers were friendly and helpful. Location was so far from Doha downtown, and was no services around, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants.

We had a great stay at the Rixos! The suite we had was huge, with the most amazing balcony, with a great view of the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice for food to suit all, with all premium drinks available. The water park was incredible and both my sons loved it! All the staff were friendly and very helpful when needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Rixos Qetaifan will surely become a nice destination in the future as the hotel is having a unique water park attached to it, and great beach front. But right now the complex is standing in a middle of a construction site and its dust. Some of the hotel facilities are not ready. The most annoying part is the smell in the rooms which can happen for new hotels in the region (the hotel opened Q4 2023). There was water pressure issue in the room's shower. Also, you can see some of the staff still needs some training (valet notably). However, the French brasserie staff were super nice, as well as the team at the spa.
