This is a very good, compact business hotel. The room was spotless and the towels were the nicest, fluffiest towels I have had in a hotel in years. I slept well and the shower was good. If you are a light sleeper, the fridge noise or the small gaps in the curtains might annoy you. If you are a couple, pack light as there’s not much space to put things.

The hotel seems quite recent and fixture and fittings are good. The room was clean. Nice reception staff. A little drawback in our room: the triple room was quite tight and there was a big pillar on the middle of our room Also parking was really tight. We arrived quite late and struggled to park

Considering that Luton is not the place it used to be, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the hotel was. Our 2 night stay was great, however I do think coffee should be a free perk whenever you stay in any hotel anywhere. They did have coffee up in the room, but the coffee downstairs in the communal breakfast area was only available with the purchase of breakfast; this should have been available for free. Otherwise, it was a great choice of hotel, close walking distance to everything Luton has to offer, and I would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give the staff higher marks, because Vasyl (manager) and the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly. Our server gave us great food recommendations, and made us some fantastic drinks. The off-street parking is a worthwhile purchase, and the rooms are nice and quiet. It was a great visit and I would gladly stay here again.

Very good location right next to the interchange so you can hop on an airport bus directly to hotel £3 I think the spark concept aims it self at the premier inn / Holidayinn express clients but offers an upscale dinning and bar experience

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Coffee machine in our room and extractor fan in the bathroom did not work..but neither majorly Impacted our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant were decent. The car park is small and suitable for smaller cars. Location is decent, close to restaurants and shops.
