There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre.

Great stay

Lovely check in, was late around 1130pm. The guy was lovely, he was sad for me cause I had missed out on my dinner inclusion. In my room i found chocolates, fresh fruit and water. Breakfast was great. Nice spot, close to airport with a free bus. Easy :) Thanks!

All in all a good one. I particularly recommend this hotel for a summer stay, with the lovely outdoor pool, but the indoor one and the sauna were also nice. Unlike in most big hotels, the windows could be opened in the room, I appreciated the fresh air instead of the usual AC. The room itself was in order, nothing special, clean, but a proper desk with a good chair and a kettle to make tea would have been nice.

Everything was excellent: the room was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Luxembourg City, and I enjoyed relaxing with the wellness services. I highly recommend it.

Good value of money

The place is large and clean, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the bus comes every half an hour and some times an hour so you have to make your schedule, its not too far from the center its about 6 stops, 20 mns Its a good value of money anyways

I give the food an "excellent" but I can't rate any higher overall for several reasons. The bathroom: who knows if the toilet brush placed (why?) next to the toilet has been sanitized; the deck behind the shower floods with water, even flows onto the bathroom floor, no grab bar, insufficient towels to soak it up, and lastly the opaque with clear slots door. the bed: so soft on the edge that I fell out onto the floor in the middle of the night and hit my head on the bedside shelf. no concussion, just a stiff neck. Other aspects very good.

Wie immer waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, sonst würden wir nicht schon seit Jahren in regelmäßigen Abständen das Hotel buchen. Die Eierpampe ändert sich nicht und wir müssen uns damit abfinden.( Pulver). Wir hatten dieses Mal ein Bett mit sehr weichen Matratzen, das unsrer Wirbelsäule nicht gut tat. Das nächste Mal werden wir wieder um härtere Matratzen bitten. Ansonsten sind wir rundum zufrieden und werden weiterhin wieder kommen.

Hotel von außen keine Augenweide, von innen aber recht schick. Pool & Liegen für die Hotelgröße sehr unterdimensioniert. Großer Vorteil: direkte (kostenlose) Busanbindung nach Luxemburg-Stadt fast direkt gegenüber. Ausbaufähig/mäßig begeisternd: das Frühstück. Die Tabletts geben einem eine Art Kantinenfeeling. Die Tische im Essbereich werden nicht eingedeckt. Die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen sind leider bestenfalls "Befriedigend -". Das Rührei bspw. Ist wirklich nicht ok für eine 4*-Haus, der Kaffee auch nicht.
