My stay at the Nefertiti hotel was one of a kind and amazing. All of the staff were very kind and professional. Ahmed was so cool and kind. I felt safe in the hotel let alone the area. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. This hotel has an old Egyptian rustic antique style to it. As a solo women traveler and black woman I never felt uncomfortable. I felt at home and like family as if they were my uncles and brothers. The food is GREAT on the rooftop and so is the view. I would definitely go back when in Luxor. Also you can walk to get your brows done , and the market, and McDonald's if you like. They will help you, and arrange anything you may need ,just ask, although they will ask you anyway. Also they have a car service that will pick you up from the airport very affordable . Thank you Nefertiti hotel.

I was very pleased with my stay for a few days in Luxor. Most of my plans did not work out due to the restriction on hot air balloons during the summer month. Luckily, they were able to help me connect with local drivers and travel agents. I had such a fulfilling three days and for the most part, the staff were very receptive. They really seemed invested in ensuring I was having a smooth time at the property and did not do too much heavy handed up selling. I would say the food was the only part that was 50-50 for me as the first day the food was amazing, but the quality shifted progressively the more time I spent there. Overall, though, it was an accessible property, close to the airport, and with a view from the rooftop that overlooked the east in West bank I thought that was amazing.

The hotel is located in the bazaar, near a local market. Very nice and beautifully decorated. The roof top restaurant is a great surprise to us. Food is reasonable and delicious. We saw hot air balloons in the morning. Night time view was peaceful and nice.

The shower was in the middle of the bathroom which was interesting and would get the entire floor wet but the water was hot so it worked and the AC kept the room super cool. The only reason the hotel got a 4 star review was because we were on the 4th floor right next to the kitchen so it was loud basically all day but other than that, the property was great and location was amazing.
