Splendid garden oasis by the Nile

The hotel is a garden oasis by the Nile. It has a gorgeous rooftop biew of the Nile, there are organic gardens, fruit trees, and beautiful flowers all around, with multiple outdoir areas to dine. The food is amazing and freh, and often picked from the gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Mohammed Ali gave amazing service and always went out of his way to make the guests' stays marvelous.

Great cosy spot on the westbank

Away from the hussle and bustle from east bank/downtown Luxor this gem is perfect for our trip. Located 15 minutes from the valley of the kings and the ferry across to Luxor city. Priceless breakfast by the pool. Super friendly staff. Could use a sign outside as we arrived in our rental car after dark. Friendly neighbour's came to the rescue after asking them directions. Without asking for a tip unlike the guys in downtown Cairo asking for money for "watching" our car in a free public parking spot. But that's all in the game.

A West Side Gem

This is a gem of a place on the west bank. No, you're not in Luxor city, you're in a quiet village backstreet on the other side and the location is close proximity to the sites. The the accommodation is lovely - nice grounds and swimming pool, rooms very well appointed - we saw the apartments too - they looked great for families. Roof top terrace overlooks the river. They have a small supply of beers and wine too which is great. They have a restaurant - the food was excellent. The owner organised a taxi to take us to the Valley of the Kings. Very reasonable rate.

Nile Compound est un établissement de location d'apaprtements dans un complexe de type traditionnel (matériaux, décorations peintes, suspendues, voûtes), dans un quartier rural de la West Bank absolument paisible et très reposant, un canal coule paisiblement le long de la route. A l'arrrière, l'hotel donne sur le Nil, distant de quelques km. Nous avions un appartement avec deux chambres, dont l'une avec cuisine et balcon. Nous avons pris tous nos petits déj et dinners sur ce balcon, face au Nil. Le jour de notre arrivée, ma mère, épuisée, a pu bénéficier d'un jour de repos absolu face au fleuve. "Aucun bruit, juste les bateaux au loin, les palmiers et le Nil sur toute sa longueur". D'ailleurs je signale que l'hotel nous a gracieusement reçues dès 9h, alors que nous avions payé la nuit suivante. Les employés sont très serviables. Si je devais faire une critique, je dirais que le petit déjeuner était assez quelconque et toujours pareil, par rapport à d'autres endroits où nous avons été. Globalement, nous en gardon un souvenir excellent. Un très grand merci pour votre hospitalité et nos compliments pour votre établissement: il est vraiment sublime.

周囲には何もありません 対岸の繁華街に出るにはタクシーを呼んで船に乗るかタクシーで直接行くと$20かかります。 近所に小さな食品店がありますが、基本的にはホテル内での飲食です。 ただ、素晴らしいホスピタリティと古くとも豪華な部屋は癒されること間違い無いです。 近代的なホテル滞在を望む人は避けた方がいいでしょう。 総合して、点数をつけました。 うちの家族は満足です。
