"The staff was very kind and welcoming … always a smile and very clean …. The store they had to shop in were such a great touch and made buying souvenirs much easier but they were hidden … they should be promoted more by the hotel …. The restaurant both for dining and breakfast was amazing …. I loved it so much I cancelled my cruise and went back to Luxor just to stay there again for 5 more days "

Location is excellent, with rooms overlooking the Nile, Valley of the Kings and much more.Several restaurants of different kinds, along with several other relaxed areas where food is served give excellent choices of food.Excellent pool and garden area overlooking the Nile which is well maintained and kept extremely clean. An excellent all round choice of hotel."

"Had a great stay here! Spent two nights and, as a solo female traveler, felt safe and comfortable here. It was located in a good area and had nice amenities like a pool, bar, and good menu of items at their rooftop restaurant (the kofta was fantastic). They also offer laundry service and massages, or can arrange rides for you "

"Room recently renovated. Always clean. Towels were great. Body wash and hand soap available for use. Hair dyer, electric kettle to make your own coffee/tea. A/C awesome! Blankets/bedding comfortable. Staff were very nice and tried to help as much as possible. We requested laundry service and it was done quickly. 50 cents a piece for just laundry. If you want ironing, then 50 more cents (usd). We traveled as a couple and enjoyed our time there. Just prepare yourself to face all the vendors once you step out of the hotel…. But that is Egypt NOT the hotel. "
