It's an ok hotel between Part-Dieu Station and the city centre. The room was small (nowhere practical to keep a small suitcase) and basically furnished without much by way of amenities; and the instant coffee and minibar were not restocked during my stay. I'd not complain if it was billed at three star, but four star seems a stretch of the imagination.

Parking was in the lower level of the hotel , Driving around the curve was way to tied and narrow for the car on our way out we scratch the car on the pad of carpet they had stuck on the wall . So they knew that it was a tied fit.

tout était parfait sauf le bruit dans le couloir à 3h du matin de personnes qui rentraient de leur sortie, il faudrait mettre dans les couloirs une pancarte demandant aux personnes de ne pas parler ni chuchoter entre 22h et 8h du matin, ce n'était pas le cas et les personnes ont parlé dans le couloir comme si ils étaient seuls ou chez eux, c'est dommage de se faire réveiller ainsi en pleine nuit, merci

The rooms were a nice size and very clean. Loved being on the ground floor with a little garden area right outside our rooms. The staff was very friendly. The hand written personalized note along with an uplifting quote was such a nice gesture by your check-in staff. No complaints about our stay! I would definitely go back when visiting Lyon.
