Staff was excellent but the hotel room and hallway looked shabby. Room was so small it could hardly fit the two of us and our carryon-sized bags.

well located hotel, close to station and metro/tram stops. the hotel is clean, though slightly tired in places, but to no significant effect. the staff are all friendly and helpful. breakfast is good, though the mini baguette should be ditched. I'd rather have slices of full sized baguette.

Such a cozy hotel! You feel right at home and the staff is so sweet. It is a small hotel, so it is not over-crowded. The bed was soft with great pillows and the room overall was clean and inviting. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay at Charité! The hotel is basic but comfortable. Good mattress, powerful shower, effective air con and quiet rooms. Reception were super friendly (we spoke with 4 different individuals across our stay, all great) and the coffee was appreciated! The hotel was an excellent location for us and we walked most places. Would stay again!

I loved this hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing. Located just a block or two from shopping and the hotel has its own parking garage. Rooms have AC and the front desk has someone at it at all times. Staff was great and recommended things to do and how to get to them like the cathedral at the top of the hill overlooking the city of Lyon.
