Small rooms but got all you need

Small rooms but great spot! Good breakfast, offers many services (not included but still convenient). Location is a bit more industrial but still very close to everything.

I only stayed for a night but i did see a lot in a day in Lyon. Room is in a small side but i didnt mind. Walking distance to the train station. The staff was very helpful when i asked about restaurants (authentic food). Close to old town and easily walkable.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. Rooms are small but nothing they can do about it!

The room was extemely small. The door of the room didn't close. The wooden floor was in bad condition. I asked for a double.bed room and I had a big bed one. I couldn't even enter my room with my suitcase. During the night there were big insects walking around from the walls and the floor. It was too hot and there was much air. The heatibg/ refreshing system didn't work very well. ONLY people at the reception were nice and friendly and polite. The breakfast was really good and rich and typical too.

Basic and clean rooms.

Small rooms but perfect for a single person. Clean and staff very helpful. Like having vinyl wood floors as very clean. Need some shelving for clothes and accessories. My daughter and I were surprised that the air conditioning for the room was not available until later in the month. The weather was unusually warm for the time of year but they gave us fans for our rooms which was helpful.

Outstanding service from the ladies at the reception, small but very quiet room with great view of the Basilica,clean and functional, although probably a bit small for 2 people. Great breakfast with nice selection of french cheeses. There are some restaurants in the neighbourhood but pay attention to public holidays, because they will be closed. The restaurant on site unfortunately was not working during the 5 days I spent there and the food at Halles is really pricey. Water despenser at the hotel is a nice touch, didn't see any water fountains in Lyon. The review is based on the price/ value ratio. You get what you pay for. Would definitely stay again.

A/c was just a fan, room was stuffy and no Kleenex or safety box. Only one elevator was working was difficult to leave with luggage it always seem to fill at higher floors first. Was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No parking was left when I arrived and had to park on street. The room is so small that the door is hitting the bed when you open it. If you are a 180 cm and more you have same issue in the toilet. Got stuck in the elevator and had to wait somebody to come and rescue us at 01.30am at night. Almost the worst hotel I ever stayed in France

Le personnel était très accueillant et agréable. À noter cependant qu’il n’y a pas de coffre fort dans la chambre. La salle de bain manquait un peu d’espace et d’organisation. Par exemple, pas de place pour mettre le savon ou autres produits nettoyants dans la douche. Aussi, une dame (cliente) est entrée dans notre chambre avec sa propre carte, ce qui est assez inquiétant compte tenu qu’il n’y a pas de coffre fort. Heureusement, nous étions dans la chambre, mais imaginez si nous n’avions pas été là. Bref, assez modeste comme hotel, mais propre et personnel aimable.
