I was very pleased with the extra care I received from the staff at the reception. From usual daily and night staff, their help was beyond their duty. The manager was also very helpful. Their customer service was beyond the remit of their duty.

The bed was very comfortable. However, the hot water in the shower was not working - VERY DISAPPOINTING. Furthermore, the staff offered no remedy - they did not have a repair person on site, and did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. This was quite unsatisfactory.

Domage que le restaurant n'était pas ouvert le dimanche comme indiqué sur le site étant ouvert tous les jours. La porte d'entrée pas étanche et insonorisée donc le bruit des voitures entendu toute la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était normal mais ne valait pas 14€. Pour le reste, propreté impeccable.

Hôtel assez vieillot, défraîchi. Chambre plutôt fraîche et humide, il a dû passer par plusieurs enseignes sans trop de travaux entre eux. Je n’y retournerai pas, même si le personnel est un peu près accueillant.

Endroit surement agréable à deux ou en pause voyage. Très accessible même pour les personnes à mobilité reduite. Pour ma part, je regrette un peu de ne pas avoir pu sortir beaucoup. Cela dit Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon est une ville assez agréable et tout a fait charmante. Il faut juste apprecier les pentes.

Arrivée dans la chambre à 21h il faisais 17°C le chauffage éteint.. J'ai eu froid toute la nuit.. Le temps que le chauffage remonte la température il faisais deja jour..
