Main led lights, hair dryer not working. Cark park and ev charging arrangments are stupid and wasting time. Everytime you have to find a staff to go to the car park or charge, and when someone is checking in you have to wait a long time!

The property is fine. The reception lady ‘Yasmine’ was so helpful, however all other staff were unhelpful especially the waiters in the open buffet at breakfast. Very rude and annoying.

il est INACCEPTABLE d'avoir à attendre 30 minutes le matin pour le check out , à 8h15 nous étions 11 personnes à attendre car 1 seule personne était en service au desk, l'arrivée de 2 personnes supplémentaires à 8h30 a permis d'accélérer le traitement mais cela m'a mis en retard de 15 minutes à mon rendez vous professionnel au centre de congrès juste à côté , c'est un comble !

If you’re looking for a place to rest and not afraid to walk from one to two bridges and back, this is your place! It was a nice place that was clean, spacious and accommodating for whatever you needed. You can take a bike or scooter through city apps to get around faster or the metro after 15 minute walk. It’s located a 5 minute walk to a beautiful park right next door to have a picnic or promenade. Very relaxing stay! Thank you!

Checkin compliqué : attente d'une heure trente pour avoir la chambre réservée avec un lit double, plutôt qu'une chambre avec deux lits simple. Le réceptionniste m'indique que vais être surclassé pour, au final, découvrir en arrivant dans la chambre qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre twin, sans aucun surclassement ! Besoin de déposer du linge le matin et suivant la procédure indiquée, appeler le 5011 pour faire passer la prise de linge en chambre... Sauf qu'il n'y a pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour ce numéro ou appeller la réception. Une fois prêt à rejoindre la réception, l'on indique que la prise de linge n'est plus possible, sans réelle empathie pour le problème rencontré. La télévision ne captait aucune chaine. Au check out pas de question sur le séjour et si tout s'était bien passé. La femme de chambre a remonté le niveau de qualité percu par sa gentillesse. Sinon l'état de l'hôtel est très bon et idéalement situé pour la cité des congrès.

Have never experienced such bad service at a Marriott. It was the front desk staff that was lacking. Had good food and experience in the restaurant. The location is lovely, this could be a wonderful property. It was not just me, I knew of several others that had issues as well.

Customer service horrible. Reception filters all internal calls. They never answers the phone in the total 7 days I was there. With Expedia then on guided tour. Room safe malfunctioned twice. Switched out safe. I almost missed my tour as I couldn’t get my passport out. Response time horrible. I requested 2 towels for me an my travel partner. Never provided more than 1. I had to run to fitness center to pick up daily. Others received 2 water bottles in room per day per person included. Not mine. I bought water in the store next door daily. I requested extra blanket as the room was cold with the system turned to the max heat. I never received and requested every day. Sis not replace coffee pods for the room. Did not clean room unless I requested at after 6 pm. They would But didn’t take our garbage. It is not the representation of the Marriott brand. They seemed short staffed and employees with no tenure. They didn’t care. I asked to talk to a manager. And that was never connected. I wrote a review to the property directly and did receive a response. That they would talk to housekeeping. It was a silly response that means bothering. They should have credited something back to me.

Cet hôtel n’adhère pas aux normes de Marriott. Après le check-out, nous avons constaté que nous avions oublié une veste en jean et un manteau. Environ une heure après notre départ, nous avons contacté la réception : Lors du premier appel, il nous a été demandé de patienter pour une vérification, mais la communication a été coupée sans rappel. Lors du second appel, il nous a été promis un rappel sous 10 minutes, qui n'a jamais eu lieu. Lors du troisième appel, il nous a été conseillé d’envoyer un courriel, ce que nous avons fait — sans obtenir de réponse à ce jour. Face à cette absence totale de retour, nous avons décidé de faire un détour exprès lors de notre voyage pour venir clarifier la situation en personne. Sur place, nous avons pu échanger avec le concierge, mais malheureusement, aucune solution concrète n’a été proposée et nos effets personnels restent introuvables. Cette situation laisse à penser que nos vêtements pourraient avoir été dérobés. Nous déplorons profondément l'absence de suivi et le manque de rigueur dans la gestion de cet incident, qui révèle des failles sérieuses dans la chaîne de responsabilités et de service client de cet hôtel.

The access entrance is difficult and people parking blocking the front door for extended time . The service is terrible they take notes for your requests and don’t deliver . Your digital keys to your room keep getting deactivated daily for no valid reason then you need to wait for someone at the reception available to help you .

Gutes Hotel mit Mängeln (Personal, Sauberkeit)

Schrecklich langer Empfang, Zimmer erst nach +1.5 Std fertig (Anreise um 15 Uhr wie angegeben), Personal sehr lahm an der Rezeption. Zimmer und Bad sauber, unter dem Bett nicht so, und der Balkon hat kein Reinigungspersonal seit Monaten gesehen: sehr viel Dreck und Spinnengeweben. Fitness Raum war sauber, Ausstattung OK. Wir haben im Late Check Out gefragt (14 Uhr), wurde uns 2 mal bestätigt: am Check-out Tag stand Personal um 13:15 vor der Tür, und fragte wann das Zimmer frei ist, da Kunden schon warten … sehr schlecht Organisation.
