De kamer is erg mooi en liefdevol ingericht. De locatie is uitstekend, midden in het oude centrum van Lyon, zonder dat je last hebt van het geluid. Echter het is een hotel zonder personeel, en zoals anderen ook al aangaven: het systeem met toegangscodes werkt niet. Dus 3 x moeten bellen voordat ik toegang had tot mijn kamer. Die bleek mooi maar ook bloedheet: 25,5 gr. Airconditioning werkt niet. Hierover gereclameerd ( via de mail ) en de dag erop het antwoord dat dit die dag zou worden gemaakt. Niet dus. ( verblijf was 2 nachten) Ontbijt is ook vreemd: werd 1e dag voor de deur geleverd ( doosje) . 2e dag nada: geen ontbijt!. Bij de koffie op de kamer geen melk cupjes aanwezig. Er is geen bureautje of iets aanwezig. Verlichting is niet stabiel, douche water loopt onder de deur door, kortom, geen goede ervaring voor best wel prijzige kamer.

Had some issues to get into the property with the code, but once we got in, the room was amazing! Too bad they don’t have whatsapp to solve the issue, had to do it through email. Didn’t get the breakfast because the guy had an accident, they told me they will be reimbursing that charge, we’ll see. Besides that, everything was great!

Le fait de tout gérer de façon digitale est en soi une excellente idée mais encore faudrait-il que cela fonctionne ! Lorsqu’on arrive devant la porte de sa suite et que le code ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de joindre le numero d’appel en cas de problème 10 appels successifs sans succès Un ascenseur en panne et obligés de trouver une autre solution La télévision bloquée sur une chaîne avec une qualité d’image complètement brouillée Sinon … la chambre était très bien et confortable

The process of paying for the booking was complex, for whatever reason they needed payment through a secure link but only let me know less than 24 hrs before. This could have been done in advance. Further they apparently couldn’t get my email from Expedia. Unfortunately the instructions to get to the property were not clear. In addition, even though there was a number on all 3 occasions where I needed help- no answer. This is really not helpful for international travellers and shows a serious lack of customer care. Great location, great room but will not be staying again.

Sijainti on yksi kaupungin parhaista vanhan kaupungin ytimessä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet paikallisiin nähtävyyksiin. Huone oli erityisen tilava kahdessa kerroksessa. Vessan pöntössä ei ollut muovista istuinosaa eikä kantta, sitä ei toimitettu pyynnöstä huolimatta. Aina sisääntullessa syttyvät kaikki valot päälle, jolloin jo nukkumassa olevat joutuvat heräämään.

Bel établissement dans l’ensemble avec une jolie décoration Quelques problèmes au niveau des codes d’entrée (problème résolu par téléphone) J’ai également et des problèmes sur ma réservation (annulation effectuée par erreur …) rien de bien grave. Suite spacieuse avec quelques points à revoir (écoulement de la douche : l’eau déborde au bout de 3 minutes), petit miroir arraché du mur.

Disconnect between booking site and actual room. Second bedroom was locked and not accessible. Remaining bedroom was in loft up steep stairs and no space to unpack suitcase. Furniture and fittings very tired. Top loft bedroom quite stuffy.

We were unable to check in because there is no office to do so. Make sure after you reserve you are on your phone to get the correspondence or you will be stuck on the street like we were late at night and in the rain!

Second séjour dans cette même suite: le premier, d'une seule nuit pour raison professionnelle, nous a tellement plu que nous nous sommes offert un séjour-plaisir de 3 nuits. Emplacement magnifique (une des plus belles rues du vieux Lyon, des bouchons merveilleux partout !), une suite confortable, l'hôtel lui-même est vraiment très beau. Un petit souci de douche (porte fermant mal, l'eau se répand sur le sol), mais les personnes qui s'occupent des chambres sont disponibles, serviables et, pour celles que nous avons rencontrées, très sympathiques ! Bref: un coup de coeur pour cet hôtel, qui sera désormais notre adresse de référence à Lyon !

The negatives: It was not clear to us that the hotel did not have any front desk staff. The shower leaked terribly onto the floor. The toilet ran off and on all day and night. On the positive side, the location was great, it was easy to get in and out, the furniture was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Der Zugang verschafft man sich im Selfservice mit Code, welcher per E-Mail zugestellt wird. Leider hatte er nicht funktioniert. Gottseidank konnte man die Tür via Telefonat ( es hat an der Türe eine wertvolle Info) öffnen.
