Pretty villa with garden between Rhone and orchards

  • Pretty house in a quiet area between orchards and river.

    Quiet house at the back of a housing development, you can leave your car there and go to recharge your batteries for a walk on the banks of the Rhône or in the orchards directly from the house. Or choose to take a nap in the hammock in the shade of the magnolia.

    The house is ideally located between Lyon and Vienne to discover the region or for a business trip.

    House on 3 levels with beautiful terrace and garden.

    On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker), a large living room, a bedroom and a toilet.

    Upstairs, you will find 1 large bathroom (double sinks + bath + shower + WC), 2 bedrooms with storage space and 1 bedroom with a dressing room large enough for all tenants.

    A basement including a large garage, the laundry room and its washing machine as well as storage completes this property.
    In the garage, you can play a game of table football or borrow one of our bikes to go for a ride on the banks of the Rhône or in the surrounding countryside. A game of darts or table tennis can also entertain you.

Seulement génial Il n'y a rien à dire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Un grand merci à Nicolas et Audrey, sans oublié leur petit ange "Anna" qui nous a offert des beaux sourires. Nous recommandons cette location. Et nous retiendrons j'espère.

Sport boules championnat de france

Ce n'était pas pour des vacances mais pour un concours à des championnats de France. Pouvons nous savoir pourquoi nous avons réglé un supplément de 60 pour une personne supplémentaire alors que nous n'étions que 5 adultes et que cette location était pour 8 personnes. A par cela, hôtes sympathiques et logement conforme à l'annonce. A recommander.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lyon. La maison est très agréable, conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Dans un lotissement calme et proche de Lyon. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur cadeau de bienvenue.
