"It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!"

"Upon arrival to the property and checking in the service desk was okay (not as friendly) when it comes to customer service. She did let us know when and where breakfast was served and how to find our room. The hallways, elevators were clean and upon entering the room it appears clean at a glance. However, the floors still had traces of small trash debris and we notices that one of the window curtains was too uneven. Other than that everything else seemed great. We enjoyed our lake view as well. The exercise room and pool was nice. Breakfast was pleasant and presented well. The second and last day service desk representative (morning shift) was phenomenal. She provided exceptional customer service and was always friendly. The parking is convenient as well. Overall great stay."

"This was right on the river so we could walk and enjoy the restaurants there and the beauty of the Falls just a short walk from us. We were close to breweries and many downtown shops. The free breakfast was the usual array of grab and go items, with coffee and juice. There were no bad odors in the hotel. I always take an air cleaner and the room may have had a little stuffiness, but I am very sensitive to that sort of thing. We would stay here again!!"

"The room was large, attractive, and very clean. The bathroom was laid out nicely with room to set out cosmetic items. We had an especially nice young man at the front desk that was polite, pleasant, and very informative in helping us to find an Italian Restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was also good with excellent coffee."

Think this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where the front desk was proactive and called to see if we needed anything. The only downside was parking is paid airport parking."
