A house with 1930's character, with modern bathrooms, kitchen, conservatory and utility room. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. The house had everything we needed- including kitchen equipment, towels etc. Situated in an excellent location - quiet, yet near the sea and a short drive from Blackpool. Ivy House is a very warm, well equipped house in a lovely quiet location. Only a short walk with the dogs to the sand dunes and a little further (just 10-15 minutes) to the local shops including great chippy. We have no need to move the car while staying at this holiday home as everything we need is reasonably close including St Annes.
