The balcony to the beachfront was great, the pool was perfect for the kids on a rainy day and the food was surprisingly really good, I would definitely stay here again. The only down point was the outdoor signer next door, sleep was impossible until after 11pm but the second night was drizzly so they moved it indoors and it was much better. Highly recommend the kids buffet, my eldest loved it!

Overall it was an OK experience. Plus points are the leisure facilities and the reasonable prices at the bar. There is a good set up for families with younger children, but mature couples might not appreciate all the children running about. For the cost per night, over £150 per room B&B one would expect a better standard of accommodation. Many parts of the hotel are looking tired and need refurbishment.

Family focused hotel with facilities to match but for a business traveller the new Spa, Gym and Pool are a real bonus and rooms are comfortable and quiet. Great beach front location as well for evening walks or runs

Pros: Big room, bathroom with bath and large seperate shower, balcony with views of the beach, nice breakfast although not many gluten free options, reasonable prices in bar, free parking, great location for what we wanted Cons: housekeeping inconsistent with toilet roll not replenished every day, towels changed some days but not others, balcony not swept, could have been cleaner, whole hotel is rundown/outdated. Would stay in the area again but may try a different hotel next time although not many of the hotels looked like they had seaview balconies.
