"Great hotel, clean room and very helpful and friendly staff. They have couple of nice restaurants for locan and international food. The location is ok, but can’t just go out and walk around. Its in the middle of a very busy road with no pedestrian. It is not comfortable to walk outsode."

"Nice small hotel in Jaipur. We booked a luxury studio and it was a generous size and comfortable. Loved the bed area decor. Only minor negative about the room was it was not serviced during our 2 night stay and some things could be slightly better cleaned like the bedroom floor but bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was very good- hosted in the adjoining cafe. It was more European in style and had nice coffee - although they didn’t have black tea so may not suit everyone. Hotel has a rooftop bar for sunset drinks. Staff are very polite and friendly. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 executive double rooms. The group staying included my elderly parents who have poor mobility. We did not book / upgrade to the premium executive rooms as we were told that there was a lift that could take us to the floor where our "executive rooms" would be. (We were told that the premium executive rooms did not have lift access). There were a few steps that had to be ascended/descended to get to the level of the lift. Fortunately my parents were able to manage these. People who are wheelchair dependent would possibly struggle. The staff were extremely helpful with regards to the requests made by my parents and this made their stay very comfortable. Room service was available at a reasonable rate. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were extremely clean. We didn't use the safe and noticed that the one in our room wasn't bolted down and didn't have any power to it. The vegetarian food in the restaurant was excellent and priced very fairly. Breakfast mainly catered for local clientele but there were choices more suited to western tastes. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel has free parking, but no driver facilities. The location is close to Jaipur centre. Not 5 star but definitely value for money and perfectly adequate for our stay. Would recommend."

"Hotel good, Check out BAD! The hotel was very good. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. The bar was nice however not very well stocked. The restaurant on the rooftop was very nice. At check out however, the accused us of drinking beer from the mini fridge when we did NOT. The manager Omprakash did not accept that it must have been housekeeping that took it. Eventually, we managed to check out without paying but it took a lot of arguing which made us late for out excursion. Overall nice hotel but I would take pictures of the mini bar every day so you don't get any charges at check out! "
