"-keine Klima (war wie Sauna in dem Zimmer, konnte man nicht mal den Hund lassen, da es draußen angenehmer war)

"The staff were super-helpful. I saw the note on Expedia that the reception is only open till 8pm but my flight would arrived around 8pm, so I emailed the hotel and they were super helpful.
