Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to say this was the first hotel I ever stayed in that had a mattress topper pad on the bed. The light in the bathroom over the toilet and shower was VERY dim.There was also a huge stain on the carpet. It was comfortable but could use some upkeep.

Facilities are well lite. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sofia always makes guest feel welcomed. Rooms are clean and stocked with refrigerator/freezer, small coffee maker, TV, ironing board, hangers, toiletries. Laundromat on premise and workout room. Breakfast is a good value!
