Hotel tem potencial para ser muito bom, entretanto precisa de um pouco mais de organização. Fiz uma reserva na internet, porém, ao chegar no hotel, não havia quartos disponíveis! Por sorte o dono estava presente no momento e solucionou a questão. O café da manhã tem bem pouca variedade, reposição e limpeza das mesas demorada, gerou bastante reclamação entre os hóspedes no dia. Apesar disso, o lugar é bem bonito e o valor é acessível. Sendo assim, diria que o custo benefício foi razoável.

Faltaram detalhes importantes para minha família

O atendimento do Matias fez toda diferença no check in tardio. Os funcionários são muito gentis. O quarto é bom mas falta um cuidado com o mobiliário esta antigo mas em condicões de uso. O que decepcionou minha família foi o desjejum: pouca variedade, somente 2 opções de frutas, os bolos não pareciam caseiros e não eram saborosos, não tinha identificação dos sabores, sem opção de integrais, enfim sentimos falta de variedade( tapioca/crepe, salada de frutas, mel natural, etc). A piscina e área de brinquedos e jogos são boas e estão bem conservadas. No meu quarto não tinha a plaquinha de aviso para a limpeza então logo imaginamos que seriam limpos durante o dia mas não foi. Meu cadastro foi para 4 pessoas e só havia toalhas para 3. São detalhes que sentimoa falta nesta acomodação.

Gostei muito, algumas coisas a melhorar mas curti bastante. A porta do banheiro não fechava. Dá pra escutar o quarto vizinho, tv e conversa. Os moveis do quarto já gastos. A cama maravilhosa, dormi muito bem. Um ponto negativo foi a limpeza da piscina. Pra mim muito suja. Reclamei, falaram que a pessoa q limpa estava atrasada. Mas quando chegou, não limpou. A água já estava turva e com sujeira. Pra mim, tinha que limpar todos os dias.

Me deram o pior quarto

Funcionários simpáticos, instalações boas, quarto grande e confortável. Mas, meu quarto (quarto 30) não tinha vista. OBS.: Percebi que cerca de 90% dos quartos de todo o hotel tinham vista. Quando cheguei, o hotel estava vazio e mesmo assim me deram um quarto fedido a esgoto, com a TV funcionando mal e sem vista. Já é a segunda vez que um hotel me dá o pior quarto com reserva feita através do "HOTEIS.COM". - Me parece não ser coincidência!

Muito bom o atendimento, a limpeza dos quartos foi excelente a recepção no bufê foi nota 10, no quesito "qualidade, variedade e limpeza". Quero dar os parabéns para a equipe! Só teve uma falta de comunicação entre o *Hostels.com* e o Brisa da Costa, que por conta disso não consegui parcelar minha estadia, paguei mais de R$1000,00 a vista.

A hospedagem é linda! O quarto padrão era simples, pequeno, mas bem ok para uma estadia de um dia. A piscina é maravilhosa. Só faltou que um pedacinho dela fosse aquecido para ser melhor aproveitada. Eu, por exemplo, cheguei no fim da tarde e já estava frio. Se fosse aquecida, desfrutaria da piscina sem dúvida. A cama de casal extremamente confortável e os lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos. No geral, a experiência foi muito boa.

Cuidado com pontuaçõés altas - pesquise o local!

Banheiro estava sujo, o chuveiro desarmava no desjuntor depois de 3min ligado, depois tinha que ficar rearmando a cada 1min, Sinais de mofo na parede, não tinha shampoo - só um sabonete muito ruim. O colchão também não estava legal. No site diz que é Cavaleiros, mas de fato fica na zona das fabricas de Macaé. Veja bem o local!
