"Great breakfast - lots of variety. Location is perfect for an overnight stay and easy access to the airport terminals with only a 5 minutes walk. "

"I had an ok experience which immaure was just a blip innthe system , but the room i intially booked was not the one i was given , i gotnplaced in an accessible room for the disabled which i did not need and didnt have some of the extras i had booked for , a simple converstaion got me moved however as i was almost straight out to the event i was attending it wasnt until late that evening i realised that the toilet was blocked in the new room I'd been placed in rendering it unsuitable for use which obviously could have caused some major issues, besides that it was a lovley spacious room with a comfy bed and decent facilities. "

"The hotel decor is very tired. Its an old building that has been painted in more modern colours but the carpets are very worn and the woodwork has been repainted on top of layers of old paint. It is not a boutique hotel as described. The windows are single glazed with secondary glazing so there is no sound proofing of the street noise outside. We didnt eat at the hotel so cant provide any information about that. The staff however are so friendly and welcoming!"

"Airport shuttle much better than last time as they have a big bus now so you don’t need to book on. Clean large room. Only thing I didn’t like were the fat pillows! I did like having a bath though. "
