Quarto estava bem limpo quando cheguei. Haviam dois sabonetes e um condicionador/shampoo no tamanho padrĆ£o de hotĆ©is e dois rolos de papel higiĆŖnico. NĆ£o hĆ” reposiĆ§Ć£o dos mesmos durante a estadia. TambĆ©m nĆ£o hĆ” arrumaĆ§Ć£o e limpeza do quarto durante o perĆ­odo, apenas se vocĆŖ pagar uma taxa de limpeza extra. O lugar Ć© bem localizado em PajuƧara e bem seguro. O acesso Ć  piscina, sala de jogos e academia Ć© bem fĆ”cil, todos em bom estado de conservaĆ§Ć£o e limpeza. Todos os recepcionistas sĆ£o muito educados e gentis. Recomendo este lugar.

Primeiramente no check in ficou muito vago as informaƧƵes por parte do hotel, deixando muito a desejar, as atendentes nĆ£o soube dar as informaƧƵes necessĆ”rias em vista que era a primeira vez no hotel, faltou muita comunicaĆ§Ć£o por parte do hotel na recepĆ§Ć£o, e um ponto que tem que melhorar bastante, em vista que e um hotel muito conhecido e tem uma nota muito boa, mais deixa muito a desejar na parte de informar os hĆ³spedes.... NĆ£o fui informado que tinha cadeira de praia para retirada na recepĆ§Ć£o, bem como a internet que e horrĆ­vel e a televisĆ£o nem se fala que e horrĆ­vel para manusear, bem como nĆ£o teve troca de toalhas nem roupas de cama, em vista que pagamos 7 diĆ”rias nesse hotel... Deixaram muito a desejar em comunicaĆ§Ć£o dos hĆ³spedes por parte do hotel, nĆ£o recomendo e nĆ£o voltaria a frequentar futuramente... O concorrente ao lado de vocĆŖs tem funcionĆ”rios bem mais atenciosos e fui bem mais tratado lĆ” quando cheguei pois nĆ£o sabia aonde ficava o hotel...
