O quarto estava impecável. Não havia vaga no estacionamento quando chegamos por volta das 20h00 no dia 01/01/2026. Não houve menção de procurar um lugar para estacionar, pagando uma tarifa cheia e cara quando comparada com outros hoteis na região e disponibilidade de vaga no estacionamento. Café da manhã excelente.

O quarto estava limpo todos os dias, a equipe de funcionarios foi educada e prestativa.O café da manhã poderia melhorar. Como o hotel já tem alguns anos precisa de uma repaginada no quartos. As tolhas que eram trocadas todos os dias estão muito velhas. Quando fizemos a reserva não foi informado que o aconteceria uma obra de limpeza que limitou o uso da piscina.

Apesar de não ser beira-mar, o hotel tem ótima localização, no coração de Ponta Verde. Ótimos restaurantes a pé e o mar fica à uma quadra de distância. O quarto é bom, mas merece renovação. o chuveiro estava totalmente entupido... e acabei limpando eu mesmo. O bufê de café-da-manhã é bom, com opções sem glúten (sou celíaco) mas achei meio desorganizado... A TV não tem streaming e os canais não possuem áudio original. O wi-fi não funcionou bem... Como eu estava à trabalho, passei pouco tempo no quarto e não achei tão ruim, mas estaria mais incomodado se estivesse de férias...

O atendimento é excelente, o que não me surpreende, pois Maceió de longe é a cidade mais acolhedora do nordeste, por isso que a escolhi para passar as férias com a minha mãe neste ano. O hotel é limpo e o clima é agradável. Não achei as instalações antigas como relatado em outras avaliações. A piscina tem um espaço agradável, mas acho que o horário que finaliza o acesso é muito cedo, 20hs. O café da manhã é muito gostoso com variedades ok pra ter uma refeição balanceada pela manhã e a localização é excelente, próximo à praia, a avenida e aos quiosques mais badalados de Ponta Verde e Pajuçara.
