Acabamos nĆ£o nos hospedando na pousada devido Ć  um episĆ³dio lamentĆ”vel com o staff. Posteriormente no dia seguinte a Marcia que nos atendeu super bem desde o inĆ­cio, nos reembolsou integralmente o valor da estadia. No entanto, o lugar tem tudo para ser uma maravilha.

Um lindo feriado

A pousada, junto com toda a equipe, estĆ£o de parabĆ©ns. A pousada tem uma Ć³tima estrutura, com quartos espaƧosos, uma vista incrĆ­vel, tudo muito bem cuidado, charmoso e cheio de detalhes. Os funcionĆ”rios em especial Juliana (reservas), Bruno (recepĆ§Ć£o) e Sil (cozinha) foram super atenciosos antes e durante todo o perĆ­odo da nossa estadia. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£, e demais pratos, deliciosos. Os animais que circulam pela propriedade dĆ£o um toque super agradĆ”vel e bem diferente do nosso estilo, corrido, de vida de uma grande capital. Realmente nĆ£o tenho o que reclamar, e sim sĆ³ agradecer a todos que fizeram do nosso feriado dias lindos. Obrigado!

Ficamos hospedados na SuĆ­te Master 01, quarto bem espaƧoso, cama king confortĆ”vel e vista espetacular. FuncionĆ”rios do hotel super atenciosos, principalmente uma senhora chamada Adelma, vimos que ela realmente tem muito carinho pelos hĆ³spedes, a ponto de se emocionar na nossa partida. Pousada ideal para casais que querem ter um momento mais romĆ¢ntico. ƚnico ponto negativo Ć© o projeto do box do banheiro da suite master, apesar de bonito e espaƧoso, Ć© impossĆ­vel nĆ£o molhar boa parte do banheiro ao tomar banho. Hotel nao condiz com a realidade das fotos

Estava com minhas ferias marcada no Hotel em questao do dia 24/12 a 01/01/2017, porem ao chegar ao hotel levei um GRANDE SUSTO. O Hotel nao se pareceia nada com as fotos do site do mesmo, o funcionario que veio me atender estava com uniforme sujo, o chao da recepcao estava sujo, o banheiro no qual iria ficar estava sujo, alem tambem do cheiro horrivel de mofo por todas as partes do hotel. Dada a situacao que presenciei, so tive uma opcao NAO HOPSPEDAR no hotel e procurar de ultima hora ( dia 24 de dezembro) um lugar confortavel para que conseguisse usufruir das minhas ferias de final de ano. AtƩ o presente momento estou tentanto o reembolso da minha reserva junto ao hotel que nao prestou nenhuma assistencia a minha pessoa, uma vez que sempre as pessoas que poderiam resolver minha situacao nao se encontravam no hotel ou nao atendiam o telefone, apenas conseguir ter contatos com funcionarios que nao tinham autonomia para resolver minha situacao. RESUMO DA OPEA - FIQUE LONGE BEM LONGE DESSE HOTEL!

Fui para comemorar aniversĆ”rio de casamento. A recepĆ§Ć£o foi Ć³tima. Os funcionĆ”rios, local e silencio Ć³timos. Procurei reservar um quarto com hidromassagem. Olhei no site e para minha surpresa a hidromassagem do quarto 12 era tĆ£o pequena que mal cabe uma pessoa. A foto do site mostra o quarto e um pouca a banheira, contudo esconde o seu tamanho. Resultado: paguei por uma suĆ­te mais cara que nĆ£o utilizei a hidromassagem por seu tamanho diminuto. Sente que fui enganado.
