Villas do Pratgy is a residential, resort-type gated community set amidst a rainforest reserve, surrounded by nature and quiet just 14 km from downtown Maceió. The houses are in the middle of a nature reserve of extreme exotic and tropical beauty in all safety!
In addition to a complete and comfortable home exclusive for your family, you will have free access to all condominium amenities such as the gigantic infinity pool, sauna, gym, sports courts, restaurant (meals not included).
The beautiful Pratagy Beach is just 500m walk from the condo entrance.

Superou as expectativas

O apartamento 3 na vila abacaxi é um lugar muito aconchegante, a decoração é linda, com várias plantas. A cozinha é funcional, a cama do quarto é muito boa e a ducha é uma maravilha. A sacada é um ambiente a parte, grande e com várias plantas lindas. O Villas Pratagy é um condomínio em meio a muitas árvores. Conta com um restaurante e uma piscina com borda infinita com uma linda vista. O Eduardo foi um ótimo anfitrião.

Maravilhoso!

A casa do Eduardo supriu 100% minhas necessidades. Tinha tudo que eu precisava na casa, e ela estava de acordo com as fotos e descrição do anúncio, tudo limpo e organizado e bem próxima da área da piscina, O eduardo foi muito cordial e atencioso! Sobre o local, o condomínio é maravilhoso, ótima opção para quem quer descendo em meio a natureza. Com certeza voltaremos!

Os três dias de estadias foi sensacional. O local por si é um paraíso, para relaxar e respirar um ar puro. O Eduardo foi muito cortês conosco, não nos preocupamos com coisa alguma. Pois. a casa tinha tudo que necessitávamos. Recomendo.

Fiquei hospedada na casa agora em outubro, e simplesmente AMEI, a casa super completa, aconchegante, bem cuidada, as áreas comuns um sonho, tudo maravilhoso, o pessoal do restaurante super atencioso, a casa é muito melhor que nas fotos, nos surpreendemos e o Eduardo sempre muito atencioso, rápido na resposta de duvidas!
