Secluded off-grid 3-bedroom cabin on a quiet lake

"We hadden hier de mooiste ervaringen van onze drie weken reizen door Canada. Alleen heb wij bij de beschrijving van het huisje gemist dat je een boot nodig hebt om er te komen en dat je eigen linnengoed mee moet nemen. Dikke tip; bij Walmart verkopen ze prima goedkope slaapzakken en Gus kan een boot voor je regelen. Omdat wij dus slecht waren voorbereid waren heeft Gus ons naar het huisje moeten coachen, maar dat deed hij fantastisch. Het huisje heeft ook een handleiding maar dit alles mocht de pret niet drukken! Fantastisch om hier te zijn!"

"We had four suites booked as we were staying there for a special family weekend with our three children and their families. It was perfect that everyone had their own sitting spaces and kitchenettes and we could also all gather in one. The location was perfect and the sunsets a beautiful gift."

"Such a beautifully done, classic A frame cabin in the woods! As a family of 5, this was the perfect set up for us with big bedroom sizes that had enough room to set up pack n plays. The outdoor deck was sunny all day and the property has a nice grassy area out front for the kids to play along with a great fire pit and sauna to enjoy. Sundridge nearby has a great waterfront park with beach and splash pad which was a great local find. We had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed the property!"

"To write about all the positives from our stay is to exceed the character limit of this review, so here are the standouts:• Kim's communication: At every point throughout the entire process (and during the stay itself), Kim's speediness and helpfulness was incredibly impressive and made us feel like we were in great hands the entire time. It made a massive difference and really showed how much care she puts into renting out this stunning property. Thank you so much for everything, Kim• Cleanliness: for such an expansive property, everything was wonderfully clean and well taken care of. Upon arrival, we truly felt like we were excitedly fitting ourselves into a clean slate rather than into the state that previous guests left the cottage.• Equipment: I know other guests have commented, but it really is incredibly impressive how much the cottage comes equipped with. The massive stock pot and slow cooker were nice surprises, among all the other items. There was heaps of cupboard space in the kitchen.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But, it wasn't perfect. A few spaces for improvement"

"A charming place with wonderful hosts. There’s a nice spot to put your canoe in and paddle and lots of things to do locally. The restaurant at the top of the hill is a nice touch. Great food. Once they have done a little bit more work setting up the waterfront and making the property a little bit more accessible. It will be awesome."
