For me there wasn’t anything I did not like I was satisfied with everything especially the safety and the quietness of the area in the hotel inside

There was a bed bug on the bed. We checked out late but staff was already informed but then the maid came in to the room no knock just opened the door while we still in there. Did not even say sorry or anything. I don’t recommend staying here. Considering we paid double the price of normal price. Worst apa i have ever stayed at.

夜10時頃着いて、まず１階の部屋の部屋だったことに驚いた。 夜中から明け方、外が騒がしくて眠れなかった。 朝起きて初めてカーテンを開けたら、窓が全開だったことがわかり衝撃だった。 地方の4階の自宅でも窓を開けて寝るのはためらうのに、東京の1階のホテルで窓全開で寝ていたかと思うとゾッとした。 ホテル備え付けの目覚まし時計が、日付けもデタラメで何時間もズレていたので、 最初から合わせるのに苦労した。 室内整備を徹底してほしい。

環境、設備について

1階に宿泊、窓は汚れており開けても景色は壁、また外気は隣のビルの室外機近く？で埃っぽかった。 通常電波も弱く、Wi-Fiも非常に弱い、またフロントに繋がる電話も壊れておりました。 通常の綺麗なアパホテルを想像して行かない方が良いと思います。 フロントのスタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。 あとは設備のみ。

居抜きアパです

アパホテルだと、ある程度のクオリティは保証されていると思い選んだのですが失敗でした。 部屋は一階でランドリーの匂いが部屋にも充満。部屋の暖房もきいているのか、いないのか分からない。 朝食もお世辞にもよいとは言えない。 アパホテルを名乗るのに、著しくクオリティが落ちるのであれば、金額等でわかりやすく明示すべきだと思いました。他のホテルにすればよかったです。

Great stay in Machida!

Excellent hotel service and stay. Room was big enough for two of us and two suitcases. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have an elongated toilet but I know it's tough with a small room.

昔は違う名前のホテルだったので、アパホテルの部屋の感じとは違います。ロビーが臭いです。内線は壊れているので使用不可、必要な場合は外線か直接行く必要がありました。浴衣が用意されていましたが、色褪せてすごく古いものでした。ユニットバスも狭かったです。

駐車場利用方法が凄く面倒。 別料金取るのだからもう少し簡素的利用出来る様にして欲しい。 フロア全体が暗い時間帯で照明を変えるとかすれば良いと思います。
