This hotel has a funny welcome gift of a token for the capsule machine near the elevator, which dispenses some little snacks that "Machida's famous goodies." The parking lot is underground, and a little difficult to get into, and there was some construction noise, but we'd been told about that the night before. It's a clean modern hotel, with all the standard amenities just a short walk from the main commercial area of Machida. There are convenience stores, restaurants, shopping, and public transit options just a few min away on foot.

Clean, excellent service and amenities, laundry room, healthy breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. I liked the music nights on Fridays. Less than 2 minute walk to Machida Station and surrounding shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. Definitely the best place to stay in Machida.

Very convenient place to stay in Tokyo. East access to the train station and surprisingly quiet inside the room. Matress, bedding & pillows were so clean & comfortable and I was able to rest really well during my stays.

My room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable. The spacious well-lighted lobby was a good place to work during the day, and the breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent: healthy and delicious! The staff were kind and helpful.

Machida bargain!

Great hotel a few mins walk to Odakyu trains and JR line not much further. Nice rooms, clean and modern and a real bargain price. Good service from helpful staff. 7-11 across the road as usual here! Nice stay at a great price. Recommended!

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The air conditioner worked well. Although, I selected a non-smoking room, I was still able to smell the smoke coming in through the vents. I am very sensitive to smell and smoke and it was quite bothersome. I also found it inconvenient to have to step up to enter the bathroom. I always worried that I could potentially trip by stepping out of the bathroom. The room was very dated, it definitely needs to be updated. It was difficult to communicate with staff and in the end I was charged an extra fee of almost $40 that I have no idea what it was for. I booked this room for a business trip and I will definitely not be staying here again.

This is the third stay at the hotel. Each stay was a minimum of one week. This stay was two weeks in duration. The front desk and cleaning staff are amazing. The front desk staff has worked very well with me despite the fact I only speak English. The beds are far more comfortable than other Japanese hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are always clean. New towels and water are provided daily along with a complete room cleaning every four days. There are coin laundry machines available.

Excellent service

It was a very good experience for someone who only speaks English. I tried to respect common courtesies as best as I could and I was never met with any unpleasantness. The breakfast was delicious and the towel/trash services run like clockwork. My one and only complaint is that the original shower curtain smelled a bit strong. I didn't make a complaint but it was resolved after my room was cleaned anyway. The daily complimentary water bottle was also very appreciated. 10/10
