The hotel was in a perfect location, close to both the train station and the bus stop to Machu Picchu. It was beautiful, spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. I would definitely stay here again!!
This is a well run, beautiful, family owned hotel. Everything about our stay here was perfect. I highly recommend this property if you are heading to Machu Picchu.
Location is excellent and is just a minute walk to the Bus station, Train Station and center. The AC was leaking water for the first 2 nights and was not working on the 3rd night when they shifted me to a new room. A floor fan was provided on request.
The hotel is located right in front of train tracks and I have heard train go through a couple of times after 10 pm but it's not too bothersome if your room is situated on the stream side. Overall, I felt the price was too high for the quality of free breakfast and room.
After staying for 3 nights they refused to provide an hour extension for checking out in spite of all the issues caused and have not even apologized nor compensated in anyway for the AC issues.
Great location! Steps from some of the best restaurants, the train station, and bussing up to Machu Picchu. If you get a room facing the river, the views are magnificent. The constant roar of the river rapids makes for great sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in other hotels in this town, as well as looked into just about all of them. For the price, the suites facing the river are the best I have found.
Awesome property and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel has a stunning view of the river and I enjoyed my night stay there very much. It fee very luxury.
This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Our room was so comfortable and beautiful, and falling asleep to the sound of the river was a magical way to experience this area. I especially enjoyed how lovely the front desk staff (Milene and Enzo) were and Escarlet’s delicious cooking and wonderful service.
The hotel is really nice and well located, the staff are friendly and helpful, specially Maria and Enzo that were very informative and went an extra mile to make our staying very comfortable.
This was a perfect hotel while visiting Machu Picchu city and prepping for the hike up Montana Machu Picchu. The staff was very hospitable and grateful for our visit. Accommodation were excellent

• Outstanding Pisco Sour mixology class
• Amazing breakfast buffet and the best dinners we had in the area (with a great wine menu too)

My husband asked for a wake up call that didn’t happen until 40 minutes later. Bathroom is dimly lit. Room is tiny. Book a room on riverside because front of hotel faces train track. River is loud so it will drown out train noise.
First floor is pleasant with nice dining room.
Hotel is very close to where train enters town.
Very attentive staff. The river view was lovely, and the breakfast before going up to Machu Picchu in the early morning was exactly what we needed. Kudos to the staff for their care and hospitality

Hector met us at the train station, then brought our bags to our room.
Hector showed us our beautiful room with jacuzzi . He then told us the wine was complimentary , upon check out he said the wine was 246 soles. We reluctantly paid it.
